A Little Faith

For we walk by faith, not by sight.
2 Corinthians 5:7
I saw this little $1 stamp in the store and it simply sums up life.
Faith-"Is believing the impossible is possible"

Living by faith everyday gives encouragement to not get discouraged and give up,
because our spirit is renewed everyday.

 My favorite Bible verse:
2 Corinthians 4:18
We set our eyes not on what we see but what we cannot see.
What we see will last only a short time, but what we cannot see will last forever.

Wow! if that doesn't put it into perspective.
Have a Blessed Easter

Nesting Squares

The 133rd  challenge at  ONE LAYER WEDNESDAY is shapes Galore. I have been practicing masking squares nested inside each other and then used Inchie stamps for the focal point
The yellow card  is one that I messed up and ended up cutting out the square and matting it.
I have made many in various colors and images inside the box.  I used 3 different size stencils (Spellbinders and punches), Distress ink and Inchie Stamps.
Have a wonderful day~ENJOY!

My goal was to make a clean and simplistic card for Easter and I think I may have accomplished it. At One Layer Wednesday, Heather presented the challenge  to be inspired by packaging.  My inspiration: Lemon Chicken Rice Soup by Plentiful Pantry. The side of the box had beautiful bold colors and various black fonts. The perfect combination for my Easter Card.
Martha Stewart Score Board to create score lines around card. Image was stamped with Black Archival ink. The Stamp: Stampendous: Easter Cross.  Squeezed Lemonade and Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink was blended in masked area around cross. The inside says " Have a Blessed Easter"~Enjoy!

Welcome Spring

This was a Photoscape scene that I stamped out but never liked how it turned out. Today I  was inspired and pulled it out of the box.  All the stamps are Stampscapes.  I like to fuss and add lots of little touches here and there for example; the Oak Branch has foliage and the Bare Trees has
Pussy-willow Blossoms. Star dust gel pen added for sparkle~ENJOY!
