Road Trip Inspired

The sites here where I live are just astounding with the changing of the colors. They are  mahoganies, rust, peach, orange and browns right now.  It is most beautiful with the dark green pines mixed inside all the those delicious colors.

                                               ROAD TRIP

This trip became the inspiration of my next project. I love to hang not only family pictures and photos of our vacations, but I am starting to decorate little nooks in my house with my scenic pictures~ENJOY!

100th Post and OLC

Monumental occasion today all around I finished organizing and made 1 card for 3 challenges.
I did my final  purging last week and spent this week putting it  together- Finished! I  kept only "crafts" that brought pleasure and relaxation to my life. Which is hard  because I like to dabble in all areas but then I was reminded of a post I wrote in  December (Just a thought) and it applied here.

                                               OUTSIDE THE BOX
This card is a one layer card that was masked and sponged with Distress Ink Stormy Sky. Stamped with Art Impression geese, Star Dust gel pen for details and sentiment unknown.

God reveals himself everyday in the sunrise. What a humble experience and yet it is there for all to experience.

The handiwork of his creation gives solitude to reflect  wisdom from above. Gain a greater peace within to a fountain of happiness and fulfillment.

Awaken souls of God's creation, marvel at it's wonders and repetition of the seasons of life. Yet He continues to wait  for the souls of man to awaken~ENJOY!

Sunrise on the morning of  September 20th

Ecclesiastes 11:7 Light is sweet, and it pleases the eyes to see the sun.

Ecclesiastes 7:11 Wisdom, like an inheritance, is a good thing and benefits those who see the sun

Thank you Father for the beauty of your creation. Thank for giving us the bright light that pierces the darkness every morning. Thank you for giving us your son Jesus who is the light in a world of darkness~amen
